We're committed to building high-quality programs and courses that help you achieve your career goals. We also want to make sure you have a smooth and rewarding experience while enrolling in and exploring our offerings.

As with any learning platform, certain terms and conditions apply to enrolments and refunds at Aiminds School. We'll keep this brief — just enough to ensure clarity for both sides.

By enrolling in any course or program on Aiminds School, you agree to our:

1. Fellowship / Live Program Refunds

If you register for one of our Fellowship or Live Programs:

  • Refund requests can be made only before the 28th of the month preceding the Fellowship start date (for the cohort you had purchased).
    Example: If the Fellowship starts on October 2nd 2025, the refund request must be submitted on or before September 28, 2025.
  • Purchases made after 28th of the month will not be eligible for refunds
    Example: If the Fellowship starts on October 2nd 2025, any purchases made on or after September 29, 2025 will be non-refundable.
  • If the reason is found genuine, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
  • Requests made after this timeline will not be processed.
  • The Aiminds School team holds the final discretion on all refund decisions.

2. Recorded Course Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our recorded courses, so you can explore the content with confidence.

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The course has not been substantially consumed (e.g., a significant portion has not been completed or downloaded).
  • The request is made in good faith (i.e., not for misuse or repeated free access).

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

  • More than 10% of the course has been completed or downloaded
  • Repeated refund requests by the same learner
  • Suspected misuse of the refund policy

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing may take up to 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
